These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website nexiofinancial.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Nexiofinancial, identified with Tax ID (NIT) 901.456.789-3, domiciled at Carrera 7 # 71-21, Tower B, Office 1204, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you do not use the Site.
1. Nature of Service
Nexiofinancial is a platform of exclusively educational and informational character. All content published on the Site, including articles, guides, analyses and resources about personal finance, family budgeting and retirement planning, is solely for the purpose of general financial education. Nexiofinancial is NOT a financial institution, is NOT supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendence and does NOT provide personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
